These AI Terms (the "AI Terms") apply when you use any features, tools or services from Yoga For BJJ that are built on generative artificial intelligence (the "AI Products"). These AI Terms form part of our ordinary Terms & Conditions. Where they conflict, these AI Terms prevail — but only in respect of the AI Products.
1. Use restrictions
All use of the AI Products is subject to the user conduct rules in our ordinary terms. In addition, you will not use the AI Products to:
- generate or spread content that may harm others (self-harm, discrimination, bullying), is pornographic, infringes anyone's rights, is hateful towards a group based on ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, serious illness or sexual orientation, or is used for political campaigning or lobbying
- submit, or attempt to obtain, sensitive personal data: government-issued identifiers, biometric data, health information, payment card data, or any other special category of personal data under data protection law
- break the law, or promote or encourage unlawful activity
- deceive or mislead others — fraud, phishing, plagiarism or misinformation
- seek or rely on professional advice, such as medical, legal or financial advice
- override safety or privacy filters and controls
- sublicense, resell, time-share or otherwise exploit access to the AI Products
- reverse engineer, modify or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the AI Products or the systems behind them
- build a competing product, including foundation models
What you submit and what the AI Products return may be reviewed — both automatically and manually — to prevent abuse. If you breach these terms we may remove content, suspend or close your account, and report the matter to the authorities.
2. Inputs and outputs
What you type, upload or say to the AI Products is called your "Inputs". Inputs are treated as user content under our ordinary terms. You must not submit anything that infringes anyone's rights, breaks the law, or breaches these terms or the terms of the AI provider we use.
What you get back is called the "Outputs". You are responsible for how you use them. Because of how these models work, others may receive identical or similar answers to similar questions — Outputs are not unique.
3. Third parties
The AI Products are built on technology from external providers, today primarily Anthropic. We may change or add providers. Your use is also subject to the provider's own terms, which may change over time. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy also covers the AI Products, including any personal data contained in your Inputs.
Information you share with the AI Products may be retained and used to give you more relevant answers. Do not share anything you do not want the service to keep. Do not share passwords or sign-in details. We may review your conversations with the AI Products, automatically or manually.
5. Disclaimers
Your use of the AI Products is at your own risk. The AI Products and Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the AI Products will meet your requirements, will be uninterrupted or secure, or that the Outputs will be accurate or reliable.
You are responsible for checking that Outputs are accurate and fit for your purpose. Do not rely on them for decisions about health, finance, law or other important life matters. An answer can seem credible precisely because it is detailed, and still be wrong. The AI Products do not retrieve information in real time and may not know about events after the model was trained.
The AI Products may produce content you find offensive. Such content does not represent the views of Yoga For BJJ, our instructors or our people. By using the AI Products you accept that risk.
6. Disputes
Any dispute arising out of these AI Terms is resolved under the dispute clause in our ordinary Terms & Conditions.
7. Changes
We may change these AI Terms. Changes are published on this page with an updated date at the top and take effect no earlier than fourteen days after publication — except changes covering entirely new features, or changes required for legal reasons, which take effect immediately. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
