Here's a hard truth no problem with function and mobility that you have today will get better over time unless you do something about it. You don't find the time for movement you make it. Sit your butt down on the sofa for long enough and everything will fall apart simple as that.
So stop wasting time focus on what matters let's squat down and get mobile and capable together
